GH Media Terms of Service (TOS)

Article 1. Formation of Contract & Commencement

1. Contract Formation: This contract is officially formed upon the deposit of $7 USD (7 USDC - Polygon Network) via the provided payment link.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial $7 deposit is considered a resource allocation fee and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the work has commenced.

3. Network Responsibility: GH Media is not responsible for missing funds due to customer errors (e.g., selecting the wrong network or entering an incorrect address). The contract will not be valid until the funds are confirmed in the wallet.

Article 2. Project Completion & Final Delivery

1. Payment Before Delivery: Final project files will be delivered ONLY AFTER the full remaining balance has been confirmed in GH Media's wallet.

2. Definition of Completion: "Project Completion" is defined as the exact moment GH Media sends the final files to the buyer. Upon delivery, the primary obligations of the creator are considered fulfilled.

Article 3. Revision & Rework Policy

1. Free Minor Revisions: Minor adjustments such as fixing typos, volume balancing, or slight caption repositioning are free of charge with no limit on the number of requests.

2. Major Rework ($10): Requests to completely overhaul the established concept, theme, or editing direction are treated as a new project and will incur an additional fee of $10 USD (10 USDC) per request.

3. Post-Completion Revision: Any revision requested after the project is completed and fully paid must meet the following criteria:

   • Fee: An additional $10 USD (10 USDC) payment is required.

   • Time Limit: Valid only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the final files. Revisions are not supported after 24 hours.

Article 4. Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, no refunds (including both deposit and full payment) will be issued once the final files have been delivered.

2. Change of Mind: Personal dissatisfaction or a simple change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for a refund or free rework.

Article 5. Intellectual Property & Usage

1. Usage Rights: The buyer is granted full usage rights for the final result (e.g., YouTube, Social Media, Hypixel Server Promotion) upon full payment.

2. Portfolio Rights: GH Media reserves the right to use all produced videos and designs for its official portfolio (Website, Social Media, Promotional Clips).

3. Mandatory Credit: When posting or using the result, the buyer MUST provide credit in the description or comments as: Video by GH Media.
